Race Rules and Guidelines

• The race will take place Sunday, June 25, 2023

• Check-in 6:00am

• Race will Start 8:00am

• Assembly area Kiosko infront of Polangui LGU Bldg

• Wear Face Mask and Observe Social Distancing 

• Wearing of helmet is mandatory

• 1.9 minimum tire size

• The starting is 10 riders per line

• The race has a mass start, with all of the riders starting at the same time per category, and the riders then have to finish a set amount of laps around the course.

• Avoid overtaking on single track trail

• Overtake with caution

• Riders must display race number on their handlebars

• A rider must act in a sporting manner at all times and must permit any faster rider to overtake without obstructing.

• No rider may turn back on the course to reach an assistance zone. Any rider doing so is disqualified.

• If a rider exits the course for any reason, they must return to the course at the same point which they exited

• Anyone who is found to have altered the course will be disqualified.

• A rider may receive technical assistance along the course from a fellow competitor but not from anyone outside of the course.

• No form of camera may be mounted or worn by the rider on any part of the body, and may also not be mounted on the helmet of a rider.

• Pushing to help riders is not allowed

• Spectators should follow minimum health protocol

• 1st to 3rd placer will receive Cash + Trophy

• 4th to 10th placer Medal

• Race Director decision is FINAL

• Be on time

• Keep Safe

• NO PRO/XPRO

• Bring enough hydration fluid, coz the organizer will not provide

• Meal and Snack will be provided

5.  Executive 40 Up
